Ground Floor:

The sitting room has 2 large comfy sofas, a tub chair, and exquisite settle which seats 4 people
There is a very large, fully equipped oak kitchen/dining room, with a large table which dines 10/12 plus an extra table for 6 further people.  The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washer/dryer.

There is a toilet and cloakroom on the ground floor

First Floor:

There is a double bedroom with a French antique double bed with high quality pocket sprung mattress, with ensuite shower and toilet.

There is a large twin bedroom with heavy country pine single beds with high quality pocket sprung mattresses.  An extra bed is available for this room, if required.

There is a further, smaller twin room with heavy country pine single beds with high quality pocket sprung mattresses.

There is a family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

Outside:

Ploughman’s Rest has an enclosed patio garden with its own seating and gas barbecue which is linked with Sleeplate Cottage and there is also seating outside the front of the cottage.

There is plenty of level parking outside the cottage.
