Very Spacious open plan sitting/dining room with fully equipped ash kitchen.

The sitting room, has two sofas, two tub chairs, a Freeview TV

Double bedroom:

Heavy country pine double bed with high quality pocket sprung mattress.

Twin room 1:

Heavy country pine single beds with high quality pocket sprung mattresses with en-suite shower room and toilet.

Twin room 2:

Heavy country pine single beds with high quality pocket sprung mattresses

Family Bathroom:

There is a large separate bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
All the rooms in the cottage are fully accessible with a wheelchair. Both bathrooms have wheel-in showers and a wheel-in shower chair is available on request. Both toilet have bars around the toilet. Please see Accessibility Guide for more details.

Outside:

There is outside seating at the front of the cottage and a private enclosed patio garden with mature flower and shrub borders to the side. There is a gas barbecue and numerous quality metal and wood seats and tables in the garden.

There is also plenty of level parking outside the cottage.
