My 2 favourite summer climbing flowers, are the clematis and the honeysuckle.
Both of them are dramatic, fragrant and flower throughout the season. The work well when grown together as each supports the other.
Burton Dassett hills is a two mile walk from the cottages and the beacon can be viewed from the farm. A lovely place to visit.

The mill was built in 1664 and blown down in a storm in 1946. The beacon was likely built by Lord of the Manor Sir Edward Belknap in the late 15th century as a tower mill and later used as defensive lookout tower in the English Civil War.
