The cottages are near to Warwick and Stratford Upon Avon and make for a perfect and fantastic place for a group of up to 16 people to be able to get together:
About the Cottages
Ploughman’s Rest (6), with its large dining room for 16 people is often booked along with Sleeplate (4) and Home Cottage (6) . They are situated at the front of the farmyard with a view of the front paddock.
Oak House (10) with its breath-taking views across the west of the farm land is often booked with Chestnut Cottage (4) with its south view across the orchard carp lake up to the Burton Dassett Hills.
Oak House (10) is also often booked with Home Cottage (6) as their patio gardens can be linked which is great for alfresco eating in the summer.

There are many catering options for your group stay at Arbor Holiday & Knightcote cottages – you can stay in, relax and never leave your cottage!
- Book to have your food and drink delivered, by Ocado, Tesco, Sainsbury and Asda
- In the summer months, we have wonderful patio gardens with quick and easy to use gas barbecues making for enjoyable alfresco dining. A great place to relax and enjoy the chilled wine and the home made chocolate biscuits you will find in the cottage as a little thank you from us for booking the cottage.

A housekeeping security deposit of £300.00 held against your credit card or an extra payment with your balance (that is fully refundable unless required) will be required for groups of 11 people or more.
Burton Dassett hills is a two mile walk from the cottages and the beacon can be viewed from the farm. A lovely place to visit.

The mill was built in 1664 and blown down in a storm in 1946. The beacon was likely built by Lord of the Manor Sir Edward Belknap in the late 15th century as a tower mill and later used as defensive lookout tower in the English Civil War.
