Enjoy England awards – Really chuffed all our cottages have once again retained the highest award for self catering cottages. They all are rated as 5 Star plus the added extra bonus of a Gold award. The gold award is given for exceptional quality of accommodation and customer service.
Burton Dassett hills is a two mile walk from the cottages and the beacon can be viewed from the farm. A lovely place to visit.

The mill was built in 1664 and blown down in a storm in 1946. The beacon was likely built by Lord of the Manor Sir Edward Belknap in the late 15th century as a tower mill and later used as defensive lookout tower in the English Civil War.
